On this page, I have brought a 4 week training program you can try out for FREE! I always love helping out people as much as I can, especially when it comes to fitness so I wanted to do something special for you all! This will help BOTH females and males! There is Operation Bulk X which is ultimately more for whoever would like to bulk up and add strength. You can be male or female. I figured more guys would go after that program though so I did not want the ladies to feel left out. I made a 4 week program you girls can follow to help tone up and add some muscle! It is kinda the same deal with that program as well, guys can do it but I directed it more towards females. I threw in some nutrition guidance to help you get on track with eating.
