In other news, my football team has moved to 6-0 as of last night. We played one of the toughest games yet. We played hard, aggressive and with heart. I am very proud of my guys and nothing but respect for our opponents last night.

Happy Friday everyone, I hope you all had a great week! I am giving you video #5 which is going over how to use a foam roller. Foam rolling has been around for ages but I don’t see very many people using one. They are a legit tool for mobility and a complete game changer if you are using them correctly. That is why I wanted to post this video today and show you how to use it properly to get the most out of this tool.

So many of us make this simple mistake when doing barbell curl. You can use a movement like this at times for some different pump work but for today, I am showing you the proper way to do a bicep curl. This can really help you on your arm day to get more of an isolation on the biceps. Hello everyone, welcome back to the website. In todays post I would like to go into more detail with this workout Wednesday. If you are following me on Instagram then you will usually see a post on Wednesday evening which will hold a workout of some type. I will do the same thing today on my Instagram. Follow me on Instagram @costalottamoney1
I will post the exercise videos in this post below. You will perform this circuit of exercises for as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes. So what I will do is set a timer on my phone and whenever it goes off at the end I write down how many rounds I have completed. If I get through 5 the first time, I try to go for 6 the next time I go to take on that workout again. Now just because you want to try getting through the workout and complete more in the same amount of time that next time you do the same workout, doesn’t mean speed through the reps and make them sloppy. I want you to aim for quality repetitions.
This workout will not last very long but will make up when it comes to intensity of the training session. It is important that you implement a proper warm up before starting and a cool down afterwards. I would do about 5-10 minutes on a bike or elliptical for the warm up and for the cool down, I like to do some walking lunges and light stretching.

August 21st, 2017 was the big day of the solar eclipse! I had no glasses and heard the whole town was sold out! I make some calls and find out how I can get my hands on some. I also have a blonde moment and look at the eclilpse without my glasses… I hope you guy were able to experience this breathtaking moment! Have a great day and enjoy the week! The next eclipce is supposed to be in 2024!
