Welcome back to another video! I am visiting mobility again. I get a lot of comments and questions about tight hips so I wanted to make a video for all you weight lifters, athletes and gym goers that want better hip mobility. Thses warm up exercises made a huge difference in my performance and really helped ease any hip pains I had from them being tight.
