AB AGONY WORKOUT (5 ROUNDS)
All of this will be done none stop till the last exercise is complete, then you get 90 seconds break. Then start over again for 5 rounds!
- Toes to bar 15
- Weighted rope crunches 25
- Russian twist w med ball 20 each side
- Plank 1 minute
- Leg raises 1 minute
