Hitting chest today?? Try this chest finisher at the end to get a gnarly chest pump⬇️⬇️ You don’t even need a gym pass for this finisher either, it can all be done in your home!

1- Bench dips
2- push ups
3-push ups with feet on bench

Do these back to back to back without a rest and that counts as one set. Do 3 sets of 20-25 repetitions EACH after a big chest workout or just try it at home with your feet on a chair or couch!

This tri-set of exercises will target the top, bottom and middle chest so that you get the pump and growth all around your pectoral muscles.
